Hi HH. I had attempted NCIVF twice. The 1st time I had an early LH surge. The second time I had a perfect 12 cell embryo on day 3 implantation. Unfortunately, it did not provide us a positive pregnancy test at the 2 week check. We are going to attempt it 1 more time since we were told it was a 50/50 chance of pregnancy when they were able to implant an embryo. We hope we're on the other side of the 50 next time.....

I was unable to complete my first NCIVF because I also had an early LH surge. I'm waiting to start my 2nd cycle.
BR: Did you make any adjustments to diet, exercise after your first attempt? Just wondering if there is anything I should do differently.

Hi Tea Tea.
After my early LH surge, I did not do anything different the next time. So I think it's just one of those things that can happen to anyone during any one of their cycles according to Dr D. Don't let it stress you out. I was really nervous my second time about it happening again.

I'm in the same boat as the rest of you I think... my first one failed (7-cell, 3-day transfer) but I'm trying again and hoping I'll be on the right side of the statistics. My retrieval is this weekend.

My first cycle also failed, our embryo only made it to 5 cells after 5 days, so we did not transfer. I am waiting to try again... Feel free to chat/message me I know it's a tough and sometimes lonely process!

On our third attempt at Natural Cycle. Retrieval is tomorrow...
First time, they did assisted hatching and we made it all the way through the embryo transfer, only to not have it stick. The second time, the fertilization process failed (not sure of the scientific reason of the top of my head).
Third time is a charm, right?
Has anyone had trouble with taking estradiol?

I have taken estradiol and it has increased my levels for this second treatment. My levels were tested during the first cycle when we did the egg retrieval and fresh implant. My levels were low and I was but on estradiol, but the pregnancy was not successful. They have me on it for this NC-FET and we are very optimistic.

Hi ADM, How did the retrieval go? Wishing you success and everyone still trying.
I didn't have any trouble with the Estrace, but the Prog supp were gross.

Hello all! We just did our first NCIVF and egg was wonderful, but husband's sperm was not up to par. Does anyone deal with male factor infertility? Would you recommend NCIVF again? Or regular IVF? Any comments?
