The question that plagues all infertility doctors is, "what can we do for the patient with extremely poor ovarian reserve"?
Next week Dominion Fertility will present their experience at the annual American Society of Reproductive Medicine(ASRM) meeting in Boston, treating infertile patients 35-42 years old who have extremely poor ovarian reserve as evidenced by serum AMH levels < 0.5 using Natural Cycle IVF (NCIVF) from 2007-11. Normal AMH levels are 1.8 or greater.
