insurance coverage for fertility

We have several friends who are trying to get pregnant at this time. They have Health Insurance that will cover most of the delivery expense so finances are not an issue. January - Natural Cycle IVF

My husband and I met with Dr Gordon on Friday, we got the all clear to try NCIVF in January. We were told that our chances of getting pregnant on our own was 1 to 2% each month. After all the tests,it appears to be male factor infertility.

For those worried about the HSG, it didnt hurt at all. I was a nervous wreck for nothing. LOL

Clomid/Gonadotropins with IUI Failed but Natural Cycle IVF Worked

This is the same old story for our practice time and time again. But it's a good story.

C.L. is a healthy 37 year old delightful lady, unable to conceive for the past 5 years of her marriage. She was evaluated at a local infertility clinic and her evaluation was completely normal. It's crunch time...

Lots going on and we are finally prepared to get to get the ball rolling...

Tomorrow we go to get all the necessary blood work and various tests done at LabCorp. Next week, I have my cultures and Hysterosalpingogram test. Then we follow up with Dr Gordon for the consult. Hoping that all goes well we and we get the all clear to do NC IVF. :)

If anyone has done the Hysterosalpingogram test, let me know if it hurts. :)
